A simple strength building app that helps you build a little strength everyday. The app cycles through 6 strength exercises - pushups, sit ups, squats, tricep dips, hip raises, and lunges. No equipment is required and these exercises can be performed pretty much anywhere. The routine shouldnt take more than 10-15 minutes. Your progress is tracked on a dashboard and the number of repetitions you perform is compared approximately to the national average to give you context regarding how strong/fit you are.
